Paul

over 25 years experience at

the senior

management level of both

public companies. For

over 10 years he

served as a Company

President,

managing

a company

with revenues exceeding

well over $100mm

annually and

employing

over

200 employees. In addition, he is

an entrepreneur

and has owned

several

businesses of his own.

John J. Fields

a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas since the

1970's and is a

member of the

National Association of Realtors, the Texas

Association of Realtors

and the Austin

Board of Realtors. His experience

includes both commercial and

residential

properties and he is a partner

in multiple land investment and

development

projects in the Austin area.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, John

served in

several administrative

positions at Purdue University including Assistant

Controller and

Associate Director of Personnel.
